When is construction set to start? When is the project due for completion?

Haven Townhomes have been carefully curated with a focus on function, space and captivating design. We have collaborated with Cera Stribley Architects a renowned design and architecture studio, to design the homes to suit the needs of modern families, first home buyers and downsizers alike. Goliath Construction Group have been appointed as the builder of the project and have a strong portfolio of current and completed projects.

Construction is set to commence late 2020 for Haven with the civil works taking approximately six to eight months to complete. The building of the homes will then commence approximately in February 2021, taking roughly 9 months for a late 2021 completion.

Is there close access to freeways from Haven Townhomes?

Haven homes is conveniently located to local amenities, however if you did need to travel anywhere from Melbourne’s CBD to the Mornington Peninsula, there is great access to freeways and bypasses. Just a short 5 minute drive North of your Haven Townhome you’ll find Dandenong Bypass which runs along the Dingley Freeway route from Springvale Road in Springvale South to the South Gippsland Highway in Dandenong South. South of your Haven Townhome, just 5 minutes away is Eastlink, linking a large area through the eastern and south-eastern suburbs including Ringwood, Dandenong, Frankston and Doncaster.

Located a mere 10 minutes away from Haven, the new Mordialloc Freeway which is set to be completed late 2021 and will improve travel times easing congestion in Melbourne’s south-east; covering Springvale, Lower Dandenong and Centre Dandenong Roads, connecting Dingley Bypass all the way to the Mornington Peninsula Freeway with a shared walking and bicycle tracks.

What amenities are nearby to Haven?

The suburb of Keysborough has seen enormous growth over the last few years, accordingly the City of Greater Dandenong Council has accommodated this growth with many developments and improvements to the area. Keysborough offers many shopping and retail outlets, schooling for both primary and secondary education consisting of both public and private options, cafes & restaurants, parks and even beaches nearby. You’ll never need to search for your everyday amenities or weekend escape at Haven.

The new announcement of the South Community Hub at Tatterson Park, will see newly built community meeting rooms, kindergarten rooms and even maternal and child health consulting suites to cater for new mothers. In addition, various Mother’s Groups will be promoted within the hub, encouraging connection for congregation within the beautiful new spaces both indoor and outdoor.

What transport options are available in Keysborough?

Keysborough provides a number of public transport options for work commuters, children travelling to school, recreational or social engagements, and these options continue to improve and increase with the demand needed for the growing population. The following transport options are currently available:

Train: Frankston Line

Some improvements soon-to-be in progress include the new Keysborough South Bus Route, which will be delivered by the Victorian Government providing greater access to public transport options and alleviating traffic congestion on roads within the area. The Victorian Government understands that in order for residents to utilise public transport, more options must be available.

Keysborough South also sees plans for an extensive internal network of walking and cycling facilities. This network is not yet complete however there are a number of key locations where new paths will be built including Perry Road, Chapel Road and the Wetlands near Talisker Street, all of which surround and connect to Haven Townhomes providing the upmost convenience for daily walks or weekend bicycle rides with the family.
